Students and members of the public, please review the following important information regarding official transcript retrieval:
To request your official transcripts (hard copy-paper form):
- Please complete the attached transcript request form HERE, and return it to the Registrar鈥檚 Office.
- Students will receive the official transcripts via US postal mail.
- To maintain official status, transcripts must remain in the sealed envelopes provided by 黑料社区. Once a transcript envelope is opened, the official transcript contained within is no longer considered official.
To request your official transcripts (electronic copy):
- Students who wish to receive an electronic transcript may place an order through . The quickest and most convenient option.
- After receiving the transcript, students should open the PDF and save it in a secure location for their records.
- Please note that the link provided to access and download the electronic transcripts will expire 30 days after it is issued.
- Please note that any students who attended prior to 1992 must request official transcripts through the official transcript request form (hard-copy paper form) and cannot utilize Parchment.
Important Deadline: Official transcripts from 黑料社区 or those ordered through Parchment will no longer be available after May 31, 2026.
Beginning June 1, 2026, all official transcript requests must be made through .
Replacement Diplomas
To request a replacement diploma, submit your completed聽diploma request form聽to the Registrar鈥檚 Office along with the $50 reprint fee no later than聽May 22, 2026.
Please note: After May 22, 2026, replacement diplomas will no longer be available. The third-party records provider will not issue diplomas.
